03 — How a building happens
We walk the plot, check what the regulations really allow, and write down what you actually need built.
Week 1Drawings, a 3D model and a fixed budget you can walk through before a single trench is dug.
Weeks 2–8Visa, approvals and building permit — filed and chased by us, with the status visible to you.
Weeks 8–20Excavation, structure, envelope and finishes — one site manager, weekly photo reports.

Nineteen people: four architects, three structural engineers, five site managers and the crews we have worked with since the beginning. We turn work down when the calendar is full, which is the only way the dates on our programme mean anything.
05 — Site visit request
An architect and a site manager come out together, look at what you have, and tell you honestly what can be built on it and roughly what that costs.
The first visit is free of charge.
We will call you today with two dates that suit our site managers, and confirm who is coming.
