Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on this website: name, company, email, phone (optional), industry and interest (optional), your message, and the package and market you enquired from. We also record the site language and domain, and your IP address for spam protection only.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work together. We don't sell them, share them for advertising or send you newsletters without separate consent. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Up to 30 days after our last communication if we don't start working together. If you become a client, we keep your details for the length of the contract and as required by law (for example, accounting). IP addresses used for spam protection are deleted automatically within 10 minutes.
Who else processes it
- SuperHosting.bg – website hosting and email (EU).
- Cloudflare – security, speed and anonymous visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies and doesn't track you across websites.
- WhatsApp – only if you choose to message us there after sending the form.
- Stripe – card payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch language yourself, your browser remembers the choice (a functional yg_stay cookie and local storage) so we don't redirect you again. That's why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and you can object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
