Megalit Build builds and sells apartment buildings — from the first dig to the final permit. The company has been working for years, but online it didn’t exist: no logo, no website, no Google profile.

From zero to
online sales.
Brand, website and online apartment sales for a builder with no online presence at all.
What we did
We started with the identity — a logo and look that show the scale of the company. Then we built a Bulgarian and English website where buyers choose a building, a floor and an apartment right on the photo, and see the layout and whether it’s available. We added an admin panel where statuses change with one tap, a page for completed projects and a Google Business Profile.

The result
The website has been live since October 2026 with three buildings on sale and every apartment online. We’ll add the numbers from the first months here.
